Do you know that as well as affecting your physical health, what we eat can also affect the way you feel and that nourishing your body with the right foods and with regularity can help to improve your mood?
Do you ever feel tired and completely out of energy in the afternoons? do you reach for sugary foods and drinks a couple of hours after breakfast? Do you need caffeine as a pick-me-up? There are so many ways in which how you feel can be affected by the foods you are consuming.
Food is our fuel for life and keeps us alive, allowing our bodies to undertake a multitude of functions every hour, day by day but it is not a simple switch where our bodies are fueled correctly or not! Within all of that there are so many differences we can experience and results we have in terms of our mood. We might experience, headaches…… clammy hands…… strong cravings……… afternoon slump……lack of concentration and focus …. high energy……… sadness………. stress………and more.
